The Strength and Conditioning program at Boston University is designed to utilize the most current training techniques to improve student-athletes' size, strength, quickness, and speed. The approximately 12,000 square-foot state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility features 18 platforms and racks along with a 4,000 square-foot turf area for speed development and conditioning. The foundation of Boston University's athletic success is year round preparation built from strength and conditioning programs designed specifically for the needs of the student-athletes.
